Historic Los Rios Street's 'Leck House'

The San Juan Capistrano Garden Club, in conjunction with the San Juan Capistrano Historical Society, are working to improve the landscape around the 1918 Leck Craftsman historic home. Period appropriate modifications to the flower beds as well as improvements and maintenance of the nearby orchard are progressing. The house was moved from the Leck's 300+ acre San Juan ranch of citrus and avocado orchards to Los Rios Street, the oldest residential street in California, which is visited by thousands of visitors annually.
