We look forward to a presentation by Mr. Joe Soto  Mr. Soto is a certified arborist, member of National Society of Arborists and Council Member of the City of San Juan Capistrano. Mr. Soto is the owner of the Soto Landscape Maintenance Firm and has serviced residential and commercial developments in Orange County since 1975.  He will speak to us about native trees and what works best in our city environment.
